Digital Good Times
In the fall of 2020, I was asked by up-and-coming Athens-based design studio R.o.d.e.o to create some video branding content for the media company Digital Good Times. DGT is a, "Grassroots Tech Empowerment Media Company" that creates content to spotlight contemporary creators of color working within the sphere of creative technology and new media. Their weekly podcast (now in its 3rd season) spotlights filmmakers, musicians, designers, entrepreneurs, technologists, and other creative black voices from all over the country.
Because their podcast is released in both audio and video formats, I was asked to make some branded content that could be used as an engaging (but not distracting) lower-third ident. Part of the brief included making content that could be used as Giphy stickers or social media branding. In addition, all of this was combined to create a quick logo sting that could be used as either an intro or outro.
